What's Covered?

📦 Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier or hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, we'll replace your order at no additional cost.

💥 Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged during shipping, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll send a replacement.

🚪 Stolen Deliveries

If tracking shows your package was delivered but it cannot be located, we'll work with you to investigate the issue and provide a replacement when eligible.
